My mission is to inspire you to put your foot down once and for all and create the life you were born to live. Knowing that your deepest desires wouldn’t exist if you weren’t meant to have them.

Similarly to you, I’ve had a deep resounding calling to share my spiritual gifts with others to help make the world a better place. In 2015, I answered my soul’s calling for the first time.

I was filled with an intense passion and a burning desire to share my unique message and healing gifts with the world. It was as if a fire had been ignited within me, compelling me to spread the wisdom and healing I had to offer.

I started my first podcast, started showing up online, booked clients, and grew a following that had a powerful trajectory for success.

As I became more visible, booked clients, and helped more people. Imposter syndrome set in I shuttered under the expansiveness of what I was creating.

I found myself repeatedly trapped in a relentless cycle of self-sabotage. I would show up both offline and online, fully committed and eager to share my sound healing and coaching gifts with everyone. But as soon as any slight insecurity or trigger hit, my confidence would collapse. I would stop showing up for extended periods—sometimes for months, and in some cases, even years—which severely hindered my progress. The overwhelming fear and insecurity often led me to the disheartening point of starting over from scratch.

Despite my best efforts, I tried all the mindset and manifestation work I possibly could, including business coaching and social media strategy programs, but nothing seemed to work. I engaged diligently in belief reprogramming, journaling, and various manifestation practices, hoping for a breakthrough that would help me stay visible and consistent. I spent countless hours meditating, visualizing, and affirming positive outcomes, but nothing seemed to stick or produce the lasting results I yearned for. Each time a spark inspiration hit, I would start over with renewed hope, only to end up feeling defeated as soon as a trigger happened and I found myself deflated again.

The more I pushed, the more discouraged I felt as I watched other soul-led leaders shine their light and share their gifts, achieving remarkable success and fulfillment. Meanwhile, I stood on the sidelines, feeling a growing sense of frustration and anger, wondering what was wrong with me and why I couldn’t "get my shit together!" It was a painful contrast, seeing others thrive while I struggled to make any significant progress, leaving me in a state of constant questioning and sadness.

2022 Changed Everything!

It wasn't until I discovered the transformative power of increasing my energetic bandwidth that everything in my life began to change in the most remarkable ways. By harmonizing not only my body but also my nervous system and soul, I unlocked a new level of alignment and balance that I was oblivious to. This unique and holistic approach to manifestation and soul purpose work was the breakthrough I had been seeking for so long, a revelation that seemed almost magical in it’s efficacy.

As I delved deeper into this practice, I realized how it allowed me to make real, tangible progress in areas where I had previously felt stuck or stagnant. The realization of this powerful method was so profound and life-changing that I knew I had to share it with others. It became clear to me that this knowledge could help countless people overcome their own struggles and find their true path, just as I had found mine. By spreading this wisdom, I want to inspire others to tap into their inner potential and achieve a level of fulfillment and purpose that they might have thought impossible.
